I have fond memories of John & Joan when they were friends of my mum & dad, (Florence and Douglas Lowe) many years ago during my childhood. John knew my dad from work, (British Engine). I remember them coming to my 21st party back in 1968. Sorry to hear of John's passing. RIP.

I was just looking at the names of old family friends because my brother Kenneth sent me some old photos, and came across this page online. Condolences to Peter and Ruth, what a lovely man your Dad was, and what an age to reach. Our parents were good friends and had fun and holidays together. Happy memories of the four of them enjoying each other’s company.
Kind regards, Catherine Davies (née Lowe)
